Instructions - How to measure yourself correctly

TROUSERS MEASUREMENT

Waist: Start by measuring your waist. Place your pants on a flat surface, buttoned up, and measure horizontally from one end to the other, with them stretched slightly. (Multiply this measurement by 2 and you have the waist circumference).

Front Crotch: Measure the crotch vertically from the belt to the crotch seam. If desired, measure the back crotch in the same way.

Inside length of trousers: Vertically from the hem to the crotch. (please note that this measurement may be larger but as the pants are mended, the important thing is that it is not smaller than desired).

                                                           MID CAVALLO

     MEASURING ATHLETIC FORM

Waist: Place your form on a flat surface, and measure horizontally from one end to the other, with it stretched slightly. (Multiply this measurement by 2 and you have the waist circumference).

We always buy overalls one size smaller than the pants we wear.

β   MEASURING SHIRT - JACKET - JACKET - BLOUSE

Chest Circumference: Lay the shirt of your choice buttoned on a flat surface and measure the distance between the seams under the armpits (5cm below the armpit). Multiply this measurement by 2 and you have your chest circumference.

Sleeve length: Lay the shirt of your choice buttoned on a flat surface and measure from the end of the cuff to the shoulder seam.

Length measurement: Lay the shirt of your choice buttoned on a flat surface, and measure vertically from where the collar meets the shoulder to the longest hem of the shirt.

JACKET

1st Measurement: Place the jacket open on a flat surface. Measure from the edge of the jacket to the underarm seam, at pocket height, as shown in the image below:

2nd Measurement: Lay the jacket open on a flat surface. Measure from the edge of the jacket to the first seam on the back, at the height of the pocket, as shown in the image below:

In case you don't have a jacket to measure, the easiest way to find the right size for you is to choose based on the shirt size you wear.
