StefansXXL allows the return of products within 14 days from the day indicated on the receipt. Returns are accepted, either because you received a defective product, or because a mistake was made in your order, or because you are not satisfied with the purchase you made. You can request its replacement, as long as the following conditions are met:
Return conditions
1. Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the day indicated on the receipt.
2. Under no circumstances can a product be accepted that is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:
a. Not washed
b. Not to have been used in any way
c. That its tags have not been removed
d. Its packaging has not been damaged
3. The product must be accompanied by the retail sales receipt or invoice.
4. The product must be packed to prevent any damage or deterioration during transport.
5. For reasons of hygiene, returns on underwear are not accepted.
6. OUTLET category products are non-refundable.

The customer is invited to return the desired products, using the Courier company from which he received them, at the expense of Stefansxxl.gr, to the address:

The new order sent to him will not have an additional shipping charge, for the 1st change.
If you want a refund, the refund can be made either by crediting the user's account in the online store for future use, or to a bank account that the customer will indicate in time, by sending an email to info@stefansxxl.gr or by calling +302310667733.
Refunds are made within 15 calendar days. In case of using another courier, the return costs are borne by the customer.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer.
Return of Defective Products
In the event of a defective product, it can be replaced with the same or similar product,

Return of Non-Defective Products

Returns are not accepted for OUTLET products and underwear.
Product returns due to delivery error

Withdrawal (based on Law 2251/1994 on the protection of consumers, as amended by virtue of Y.A. Z1/891/2013 - Gazette B 2144/2013)
Withdrawal is the right according to which the consumer has 14 calendar days to return the product he bought, for any reason, even unnecessarily, and request a replacement or a refund. The withdrawal period starts from the date of receipt of the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you cancel you must return the product(s) in the condition you received them with the retail receipt. The product must comply with the conditions mentioned above. Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been used after opening or if it is damaged. The return is made without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this case, you bear the direct cost-expense of returning the goods.
The return of the item is accepted, only if the Customer has previously paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the product to him as well as the shipping costs for its return. Likewise, the company is obliged to refund to you the price received as well as the delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it has received the goods back.
The company will execute the refund by depositing into a bank account indicated by the customer. In any event, you will not be charged for such refund. You bear the responsibility for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling them other than that which is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
